Pune Job Openings Description:
- Offer technical assistance for drawings to the Sales and Applications teams
- Assess relevant Client Technical Specifications and Standards, such as Piping Class and Piping & Structural design
- Establish project or Pipe class in 3D CAD software (ideally CADWORX) prior to initiating 3D Model or GA drawing
- Develop 3D CAD model, P&ID, and General Arrangement (GA) drawing
- Spearhead Design Review of 3D CAD model using Navisworks application and resolve any conflicts
- Configure ISOGEN in CADWORX for Piping Isometrics drawings
- Produce GA and Fabrication drawings
- Maintain records of internal review and design review comments, and distribute lessons learned
- Inform Project Mechanical Engineer about cost variations resulting from changes
- Adhere to PMO processes and procedures
- Aid Project Mechanical Engineer in preparing Piping Analysis model in CAESAR II and Structural analysis model in STAAD Pro application
Eligibility Criteria :
- Possession of a Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or an Equivalent qualification
- Accumulation of a minimum of 8 years’ experience in Piping, Oil & Gas, and Process Industry sectors
- Demonstrated expertise in Oil and Gas Industry equipment, Instruments, Piping, and structural work
- Proficiency in understanding Ergonomics requirements compliant with ISO and OSHA standards, particularly for walkways, Platforms, Ladders, valve access, etc.
- Ability to create a comprehensive library comprising modules, blocks, and settings of View ports, along with templates in the model or layout, streamlining design processes
